If you exceed your package limits before the end of the month you have paid for, then ChannelGrabber will automatically upgrade you to the next micro-package up to extend your order limits for you and avoid any interruption to your service.

However, if there is a problem with taking your payment for any reason, you will not be able to use ChannelGrabber and the system will grey out any action buttons and keep bringing you back to the Billing section (hint hint!) so that you can check/update your payment method as necessary.

Don't worry, stock management will continue to run in the background!
However you won't be able to process orders, manage messages etc. until you pay your bills  ;)

To check your monthly usage at any time, and to select the best subscription level for your business, you can navigate to My Account > Billing Management > Manage Package and check / update your preferences there.
