You may sometimes find that your browser stores an out-dated version of a ChannelGrabber page which can cause display issues, or even login issues - sometimes this can happen if you have only just upgraded or paid your subscription.

Please log out, clear your browser's cache (see below) then log back in again.

On a Windows PC, simply hold down the Control (Ctrl) + F5 keys on your keyboard.
On a Mac/Apple PC hold down the Command (cmd) + R keys on your keyboard.

This should refresh your browser cache and the up to date page should re-load.
