To ensure that your ChannelGrabber service isn't interrupted by hitting the usage limit of your current package, this option allows ChannelGrabber to upgrade your package automatically. This means:

  • ChannelGrabber will upgrade your package when you hit the limits of your existing package
  • You could be upgraded more than once in any given month depending on your usage
  • Payments for each upgrade will be taken automatically from your set payment method
  • Your package will be billed at the new subscription in the following month

Example

If you are on Sales Booster-Tier 1 (500 orders) and halfway through the month you go over your package limits, ChannelGrabber will upgrade you to Sales Booster-Tier 2 (1,000 orders), automatically. 

Next month, you will be billed for Sales Booster-Tier 2 unless you ask us to downgrade your account BEFORE your next billing date.  You can request a downgrade via email (sales@channelgrabber.com), chat, or by calling the sales team on +44 (0)161 711 0248.

You can check your monthly usage and manage your subscription preferences at any time in My Account > Billing Management > Manage Package
