Navigate to My Account by clicking the drop down next to your business name in the top right hand corner of the page:
Under the Billing Management section, select Manage Package:
Select a package from the table and click the Upgrade button to select that package level:
When choosing a subscription, you should estimate the number of orders you expect to receive within your next month (check out the Pricing Page of our website for the most up to date pricing and package info).
Should you exceed this level, we will automatically upgrade your subscription and process a payment for the difference in the monthly cost if you exceed the limits of the package you have chosen. Find out more about Auto-Upgrading Your Package with ChannelGrabber.
How do I downgrade my subscription if I expect to have fewer orders next month?
Once you have chosen a package, you can downgrade your package at any time by calling us on +44 (0)161 711 0248 or emailing email@example.com. The downgrade will take effect from your NEXT monthly billing date.
